About me

Hi, I'm Luce, I'm a pretty normal Mum to two gorgeous boys and I'm currently on maternity leave. I have always been a huge Disney enthusiast for as long as I can remember so I've decided to open up my small shop of magical Minnie ears. 

I mean, what else can I do with my spare time whilst raising babies...*rolls eyes*

When I'm not making ears, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, walking our beautiful Golden Retriever, planning our next holidays to Disney and drinking copious amounts of Starbucks (in the day, gin at night)!!!

I'm a Midwife, I spend my days helping families grow and as you can imagine, this comes with lots of chats, giggles and tears along the way. Making ears is absolutely my down time where I can sit quietly, reflect on my day and catch up on trashy TV. I'm a Virgo, so that coupled with my profession means I'm a total perfectionist, and this is so true, I absolutely take pride in my crafts!! 

About the ears

I have chosen to hand sew my ears and bows rather than gluing them, this is a personal preference but I feel they are more secure using this method and therefore hold in place nicely. 

Harmonious ears are made with great care and attention to detail, they are delicate so please please please handle them with care and pack them carefully in your case. I cannot be responsible for any sequins that become loose. Please note that as each pair is made to order, not all will be identical regarding fabric patterns, cut of fabric and material colour but I will try my hardest to make them absolutely perfect for you.

All ears are hand stuffed with high grade Hollowfibre filling.

I will also make any pair of ears minus a bow - please don't hesitate to get in touch. 

The headband

I use a one size fits all headband, adult sized, that is an inch wide, each headband is covered with fabric to match the ears. I don't tend to cover the headband with sequins as from previous experience I know that they can get stuck in your hair which can be really uncomfortable. I line each headband with ribbon for additional comfort. 

Turn around

I aim to make all ears within 3-4 weeks (this may be earlier) but I would advise if you're planning a Disney trip to get in touch and order sooner rather than later. 

Do we accept returns?

Unfortunately, Harmonious ears will be unable to offer any refunds, cancellations or exchanges as all ears are made to order. If you do have any questions about ears that you have ordered, don't hesitate to get in touch. 

Postage

I use Royal Mail 2nd class which can take up-to 3 days. Once the ears are at the post office I am no longer responsible for them. They do however give a reference number which I will add to tracking so you can see when they will be with you.
